3.1 Members considered the responses to the Committee’s consultation on lobbying and discussed the letter from the First Minister regarding publication of Minister’s diaries.

3.2 Members requested that a matrix of the common themes emerging from the responses be prepared.

3.3 Members agreed to take oral evidence as part of this inquiry.
